Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Pavanam, every product is prepared and delivered with care, intention, and spiritual responsibility. We request our customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order on pavanam.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled only before dispatch.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at support@pavanam.com

A full refund will be initiated only for prepaid orders, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or spiritually prepared.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation before dispatch is allowed, but no refund is applicable as no payment has been made.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

In such cases, refunds will not be applicable except where the product qualifies under the refund conditions mentioned below.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

A return or refund may be considered only in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product

You receive an incorrect product

The product is missing from the package

To be eligible:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Clear images or videos may be requested for verification

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our offerings, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used, opened, or tampered products

Items damaged due to customer handling

Products purchased during special sales or discounts (unless damaged)

Personally prepared, energized, or abhimantrit products, as they are customized in your name

Orders returned without prior approval

4. Refund Process

Once your request is received and verified, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error.

5. Important Note

Pavanam’s products are rooted in faith, purity, and spiritual discipline. Once a product is personally energized or prepared, it cannot be reused, resold, or reassigned, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
