Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Pavanam, every product is prepared with care, intention, and spiritual discipline. Many of our offerings are personally prepared or abhimantrit in the customer’s name, making them unique and non-transferable.

By placing an order on pavanam.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

–Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at thisispavanam@gmail.com.

–Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched or prepared. Once an order has been dispatched or spiritually prepared, cancellation is not permitted.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

–All products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized and spiritual nature.

–Products that are prepared, energized, or customized in an individual’s name cannot be reused, reassigned, or resold.

3. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided only in the following cases:
-You receive a damaged product
-You receive an incorrect product
-An item is missing from your order

To request a replacement:
-You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
-You must provide clear images and an unboxing video for verification

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Process

–Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged.

–No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Additional Conditions

–Requests may be declined if found to be incomplete, inconsistent, or not in accordance with this policy.

–Products must not be used, altered, or tampered with before raising a request.

–Pavanam reserves the right to take a final decision in all such cases.
