1. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or customer support.
If the order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
b. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
In such cases, refunds will not be applicable unless the product qualifies under our refund conditions (see below).
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is missing from the package
The product is significantly different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a refund:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Supporting images or videos may be required for verification
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of spiritual and devotional products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Products purchased during special sales or discounted offers (unless damaged)
Personalized, energized, or custom spiritual items (if applicable)
Orders returned without prior approval
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
